By journaling you allow headspace. Often your thoughts could become overwhelming, clouded or even unwanted. By journaling you are able to release some of these thoughts onto paper. Journaling is very private, what you write down are your feelings. There wont be any feedback about your feelings, no comments or questions. I find when I journal, it’s a release. My thoughts become lighter. I accept a clearer view. I rather not hold on to negative thoughts for a long period of time. Negative thoughts will either create other issues such as depression, anxiety, crying spells, headaches etc. and those things are all unwanted feelings. To do list are very helpful when you have a million and one things in your head that is needed to get done. Write it down. A day wont feel defeated if you get a least one
thing done on your to do list.
